Discotek posted on their twitter account yesterday that the Samurai Troopers Ronin Warriors Blu-ray is now available for pre-order. They linked to RightStuf’s listing of it.

As previously announced, the Blu-ray will include the dub which has been re-synced to the animation for this release. It will have the TV series and all 3 OVAs.

The Blu-ray is region coded as A.
Release date is set for December 28, 2021.

Retail price: $79.95
Sale price on RightStuf: $51.97

Episode 2 was the pilot. Episodes were slowed down for the dub due to cutting down the opening, next episode, and recaps.

The Blu-ray box is a HD remaster of the TV series and the 3 movies. The YouTube video linked above shows the quality difference between the original and the new HD version. The release date is December 5th, 2018. The retail price is ￥50,000. Information, in Japanese, is available at the series’ official website. Apparently each cel scene was redone. I know you can preorder via Amazon Japan. (I’m sure there are other websites out there as well.)
